All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES
Orders shipped within the European Union are generally delivered without additional customs charges.
However, customers remain responsible for any local taxes, duties, or fees that may apply under local regulations.
DELIVERED ORDERS
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
